Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., is a law firm engaged in the practice of sophisticated commercial and securities litigation, including matters involving hedge funds, consumer protection litigation, and insolvency-related litigation. Our partners all have strong professional backgrounds including extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation.

Our broad range of experience and expertise allows us to take on almost any matter for our clients. Our attorneys have decades of experience litigating securities class actions, derivative matters and consumer rights actions, obtaining well-over a billion dollars in recoveries for clients and class members.

Keeping true to the founding vision of the firm, we do not limit our practice only to plaintiff-side litigation. Unlike other firms whose practices are pigeon-holed into the plaintiffs’ bar, at Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., we take on a full range of litigation matters, including general commercial disputes and bankruptcy-related litigation.

In addition, we offer general corporate advice and counseling for our clients and, where necessary, assist clients in locating attorneys with more specialized expertise to advise on mergers, financing and other transactions.

For any litigation matter, we tailor our strategy to meet the client’s needs. Where aggressive litigation is called for, our attorneys will not hesitate to pursue all available opportunities. However, many other firms that boast about tenacious litigation technique often shock their clients with massive legal fees and erode away the benefits of victory. We believe that in advising our clients on the proper strategy, we have an obligation to discuss costs and alternatives so as to avoid surprises.

To that end, our firm also maintains a flexible approach to our fee structure. We take on matters at full contingency, hourly rates, or a combination. Our goal is to work out a fee structure that is appropriate for the client, the matter at hand and to encourage a lasting relationship.
