NEW YORK, April 23, 2019 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. is investigating potential claims against certain officers and directors of AAC Holdings, Inc.(NYSE: AAC) following a class action complaint that was filed against AAC Holdings on May 16. 2019.
The complaint alleges that throughout the class period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the company's business, operational and compliance policies.
