NEW YORK, January 31, 2017 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. is investigating potential claims against Exterran Corporation (NASDAQ: EXTN) concerning possible violations of the federal securities laws.
On April 26, 2016, Exterran announced that the Company is restating its financial statements for 2015 because of material errors and possible irregularities relating to the accounting for certain engineering, procurement, and construction projects in the Middle East by its Belleli subsidiary. Following this news, Exterran shares declined $1.35 per share on April 28, 2016 to close at $15.01.
Additionally, on May 17, 2016, the Company announced that it would delay the filing of its first quarter 2016 Form 10-Q due to the 2015 restatements.
