NEW YORK, January 23, 2019 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) securities between June 22, 2018 and November 19, 2018 (the “Class Period”). Investors have until March 23, 2019 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.
The complaint alleges that throughout the class period defendants misled investors by failing to disclose that Micron Technology was engaged in a price-fixing conspiracy with Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, and that such unlawful behavior could lead to severe sanctions against the company.
