NEW YORK, December 14, 2016 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Florida Southern District Court on behalf of all persons or entities who acquired the Monaker Group, Inc. (OTC BB: MKGI) securities between April 6, 2012 to June 23, 2016 (the “Class Period”).
Throughout the Class Period, the Complaint alleges that Defendants issued a series of material or false misrepresentations to the market which had the effect of artificially inflating the market price during the Class Period. Monaker paid RealBiz Media Group up to $11.1M of Monaker's funds to the detriment of Monaker's shareholders without disclosing the support provided to RealBiz Media Group.
