NEW YORK, January 23, 2017 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on behalf of all persons or entities who acquired OneMain Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: OMF) securities between March 3, 2015 and November 7, 2016 (the “Class Period”).
The Complaint alleges that defendants caused the Company to issue materially misleading statements and/or omit material information concerning the Company's business, operations and prospects following Springleaf Holdings, Inc.'s merger with OneMain Financial Holdings, LLC in violation of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
