NEW YORK, December 11, 2018 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of SI Financial Group (NASDAQ: SIFI)on behalf of stockholders concerning the proposed acquisition of the company by Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: BHLB).
