NEW YORK, August 29, 2016 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the New York Southern District Court on behalf of all persons or entities who acquired Signet Jewelers Limited (NYSE: SIG) securities between January 7, 2016 to June 3, 2016 (the “Class Period”).
The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects.
