NEW YORK, November 16, 2021 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, is investigating potential claims against Discovery, Inc. (“Discovery” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DISCA) on behalf of Discovery stockholders. Our investigation concerns whether Discovery has violated the federal securities laws and/or engaged in other unlawful business practices.

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are global financial services institutions that served as prime brokers for Archegos Capital Management ("Archegos"), a family office with $10 billion under management. Recently, class action complaints were filed against Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley for allegedly selling large amounts of shares on or about March 25, 2021, based upon material, non-public information about Archegos and its need to fully liquidate its stock positions because of margin call pressure. As a result of these sales, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley avoided billions in losses.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired Discovery shares and suffered a loss, are a long-term stockholder, have information, would like to learn more about these claims, or have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights or interests with respect to these matters, please contact Brandon Walker or Alexandra Raymond by filling out the contact form below. There is no cost or obligation to you.
The individual or institution below (“Plaintiff”) has reviewed and agrees to the Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. (“BESPC”) retainer agreement and authorizes BESPC to prosecute an action on Plaintiff’s behalf under the federal securities laws or applicable state laws to recover damages on behalf of investors in Discovery. BESPC will prosecute the action on a full contingency basis and will forward all costs and expenses.
