We were retained by the Liquidation Trust of Solutions Liquidation (formerly SDI Solutions, Inc.), to investigate and prosecute claims against certain of SDI Solutions former officers and directors. In October 2019, we successfully defeated, in part, Defendants' motion to dismiss. The matter remains pending.
