Riverhead Motors v. Ronald Siegel, et al.

We represented an automobile dealership suing its former manager and comptroller, who were engaged in a fraud that cost the dealership more than $4 million. The case required us to demonstrate that the manager and comptroller took advantage of a flaw in a bank's system for lending and then hid the fraud from both the bank's auditor and management.  The matter was resolved favorably for the client.
