NEW YORK, May 9, 2018 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces to investors that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX) securities between January 26, 2017 and April 26, 2018 (the “Class Period”).  Investors have until July 9, 2018 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.

The complaint alleges that Defendants failed to disclose: (1) that the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting were materially weak and deficient; (2) that the Company had improperly accounted for obligations in a customer contract and certain related reserves; and, (3) that, as a result of the foregoing, the Company’s financial statements and Defendants’ statements about Flex’s business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
