NEW YORK, June 24, 2019 – Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Shore Community Bank (NYSE: SHRC) on behalf of Shore shareholders concerning the proposed merger with 1st Constitution Bancorp.
