Litigation Paralegal - New York, NY
Working directly with partners and associates, a paralegal is responsible for:
-Assisting in case development, organizing court filings, and aiding in trial preparation, discovery, and motion practice;
-Performing legal and financial research;
-Editing and proofreading documents;
-Communicating with clients; and
-Maintaining calendars and organizing files.
A candidate should possess the following:
-Four-year college degree;
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
-Attention to detail and organizational skills;
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; and
-A willingness and desire to work significant overtime.

Junior Associate Attorney - New York, NY (2)
Working directly with partners, a Junior Associate is responsible for:
-Client communication;
-Case assessment and case development;
-Legal and financial research;
-Drafting complaints and demand letters;
-Drafting discovery requests and responses; and
-Motion practice.
A candidate should possess the following:
-An active law license in New York preferred. For exceptional candidates, the firm will also consider applicants sitting for the New York Bar this summer. Additional bar licensures are a plus, but are not required.
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
-Attention to detail and organizational skills; and
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
