We were retained by the Creditor Trustee of Energy & Exploration Partners, Inc. ("ENXP"), a bankrput oil and gas exploration outfit to brings claims against its former lender, Apollo Investment Corporation.  We prosecuted claims against Apollo arising out of ENXP's payment of a $50 million prepayment penalty, along with other fees and penalties, in connection with the prerepayment of $225 million in debt.  The matter settled favorably for the Creditor Trust.
