Solinger v. SmileDirectClub, Inc.

SmileDirectClub, Inc., specializes in "remote home dentistry," selling clear teeth aligners that purportedly straighten teeth from home without the need for periodic dentist visits. We represent Taylor Sollinger, a former client of SmileDirectClub, Inc., seeking to prosecute a class action on behalf of SmileDirectClub customers who used SmileDirectClub's product based on misleading statements on their website which represent that all customer's cases will be reviewed by a certified dentist and will have a dentist assigne to him or her.  Plaintiff did not have a dentist assigned to him, and shortly after beginning the SmileDirectClub aligners, he experienced severe damage to his teeth.  The matter remains pending.  For additional information, please contact Lawrence P.
