Dena is a senior paralegal with more than 26 years of paralegal experience, in both federal and state courts, as lead paralegal on several high-profile securities actions, including In re Williams Securities Litigation, In re Washington Mutual Securities Litigation, In re Dendreon Corporation Class Action Litigation, and In re Lehman Brothers Equity/Debt Securities Litigation recovering many millions of dollars for investors. Dena’s responsibilities encompass all aspects of civil litigation from initial investigation and filing of a complaint through discovery, mediation, summary judgment, settlement and/or trial.
